The supplier register

The Supplier Register lists the third parties that provide services to the organisation, or that access its systems and data.

Records in the register feed AI assessment context and Cyber Essentials scoping, so keep each supplier’s details up to date.

Add suppliers

Section titled “Add suppliers”
  • Add supplier records a supplier by hand.
  • Import loads suppliers from a file.
  • Suggest from evidence proposes suppliers mentioned in your evidence.
  • Export CSV saves the register as a spreadsheet.

Find a supplier

Section titled “Find a supplier”

Use Search suppliers, and the Status, Type, and Criticality filters. Select a supplier to review and edit its details in the Configuration panel on the right.
